Dvd Enhancer ?

Hi ive got this dvd on disc but the quality could be better,what i need to find is a program that will allow me to enhance the qaulity (make it brighter ,lift the colour,make it sharper ect..)There has to be something out there that does what i need ,so any suggestions would be brilliant.
