Microphone Earphone in One jack

I bought these Radius Atomic bass with a mic today:<br /><br />http://www.radiusearphones.com/store/product.php?productid=16134&cat=250&page=1<br /><br />It does say for iPhone 3g, but apparently I can use it for the PC as well. What I'm wondering is how can I use the microphone if it's only 1 jack? I have 6 audio ports on the back of my pc. I really like the sound quality and the design but I really need a mic with it.
