How do you change the frame height and width on avi videos?

I recently have ripped dvd's onto my hard drive. However, the frame height is 720 and frame width is 576 (aka 720x576), which does not fit the screen. Is it possible to change it so the avi video stretches the whole screen?

I searched Google, it didn't find what I needed.<br /><br />Back when I was into programming a lot, (high school cause thats when I had programming class) I use to use this code that was the body of the 'index.php' file so that it called on files. This would make it easy because I wouldn't have to make the main layout on every other file.<br /><br />I believe I had to make the links something like 'index.php?page=WHATEVER' That would call the file whatever.html and it will show were the PHP code was written on the 'index.php'<br /><br />I have totally forgotten the code and Google didn't help me. Anyone know what I am talking about and think they can help me by supplying the code?

I Have just bought a laptop and psp witch as you know both have wifi.<br /><br />I have a cable broadband connection connected to my pc with a bog standard Ethernet cable.<br /><br />I was wondering how to get my laptop and psp to access the internet.<br /><br />Could someone please tell me if this would work so i do not waste money buying equipment.<br /><br />Right here we go. I i were to buy a edimax wireless access point with 5 port switch and connect my cable modem to that, then from that to my pc would that work, And let my main pc use the net like normal and let my laptop and psp connect wireless<br /><br />Or would i need to connect a wireless access point to my broadband, then connect my main pc to the internet via the access point with a usb adapter or pci adapter. Then my laptop and psp could connect to the access point

I am pretty noob at changing and wmv to avi or whatever ... But this time i need to learn cuz my DVD is being gay and doesnt want to play the wmv file... o.O<br /><br />The thing is .. I've always used Nero Vision if I'm wantin to burn a .avi movie to a DVD. It decodes it and then burns it to the DVD.<br /><br />Now not all the time, but sometimes.. I always get the odd out of sync or part of the ending on the film will be missing. Is it Nero Vision or the film itself. Even tho I've watched the film on me PC...
