When i play games i have blinking

How can I download .rar games in my PSP

i have successfully downgraded my psp from 2.71 to 1.5. but i do not know how to download the game in my psp. Please note that i have downloaded SOCOM Fire Team Bravo 2. When i downloaded the game, there are 6 files with the name SFTB2_Upped_By_Waynus.pat1 to part 6.<br /><br />please note that they are all in .rar format. At the moment they are in my desktop I have no idea how to play them on my PSP , I just need to know what should we do with .rar whiles in order to play them in my psp??

Logitech Media Keyboard with Vista

Does anybody know how to configure the media keys without setpoint (on the logitech website it says that setpoint doesn't support vista yet). They sometimes work and sometimes don't. The switch windows and close windows buttons don't work at all either. Is there maybe some way to re-map the keyboard?

ust downloaded Vista NL, burned it twice on a DVD and still get this error:<br /><br /><br /><span style="font-weight:bold;">This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system<br />that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.</span><br /><br /><br />My DVD Drive is a Sony DVD RW DRU-510A and my OS is Windows XP with Service Pack 2.<br /><br />If anybody knows a way how to fix this please let me know.

Buffering Streaming video problem

I look most of the time to streaming video and the most of them has needs a lot of buffering , used media player , VLC , but doesn't get better results .
