    ince rapidshare is based on Http and not on p2p the chances of you getting caught are slim to none. You're as safe as you can be downloading from Rapidshare so have fun

    Lets just say that out of 100000+ users that use rapidshare, no one has and I doubt will ever be prosecuted

    Yeah, even in P2P cases, they go after heavy seeders/up loaders. On RS you only download, so you are completely safe.

    Uploading is possibly illegal. Downloading is probably legal
