Yes I am facing the same problem. Try to run as Administrator but didn't help too much. Don't know how to fix this.

DeleteOnly found that if no gun sound in game then quit the game to main menu and again start. If not then quit game completely and restart. This is the only way.
ReplyDeleteHey guys i am facing the same problem here and i found out that the sound crashes after your first death....I want to believe that its probably a crack problem cause nothing like that happens in the original game..!!

ReplyDeleteI believe i jumped into conclusions too soon.There are many bugs with sound and i think on the original game too so its a capcom problem.That means we cant do nothing,we just have to wait for patch to fix.!Lets hope it comes out soon.Good luck to you all!

ReplyDeleteBS!!! The original store bought PC game does NOT have this problem. Go to the RE forums and post it. You'll get banned in seconds. They know only the stolen copy has this prob!

Bought from steam, Gun shot sounds drop when I pick up a new gun or when I die.

select "Do nothing" when it asks you what to do in case of communications-activity.

it's work for me perfectly download game patch 1.2 looking for it and install it normaly and follow the steps that the other buddy post up good luck
