xlive.dll and Fallout 3 issue!

i'v downloaded and installed FO3 on my win7 and when i run the game i get an error messege saying :"The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll"<br />i've looked up similar postes and most of them talk about missing dll, in my case the dll is there but not working properly.<br />i've also tried installing windows live 2.0 redistributes with no luck

windows - delay write failed (every few minutes)

right now i have nothing put in and have done a full reformat and reinstalled xp sp2 disc i had<br /><br /><br />it took me hours getting all my applications and everything back in order and now im getting this sudden message every few minutes weather its a pop up on deskbat or if i lockout it pops up there repeatability when i come back to the computer

can't open torrent sites on win7

I can't seem to open website on WIn7<br /><br /> nyaatorrents.org<br /><br />It opens on win xp but on Win7 (I have RTM Build7260)<br />Other website that doesn't open is anime fansub group thora<br /><br />www.thoranime.org/<br /><br /><br />Strange thing is if I browse these sites using TOR (proxy) they open?<br />I have installed ESET Smart security 4.0.474 (installed newer one after old one kept giving error about firewall port driver).<br />I have also disabled win 7's firewall.<br /><br /><br />also seem to happen that can't open<br /><br />hd-torrents.org
