    it would be better to possibly have 2 programs, 1 for backing up original movies and one for burning. I've been using dvdshrink for years, but lately it cant break some copy protection used by the likes of sony, so as a back up I use dvdfab platinum (which will do the work and more of dvdshrink) so you only need this one, use this to back up originals to your hard drive as vob file, then this is where nero comes in, It will burn these vob files to a dvd as a movie, nero will then do basically, everything else but copy protected dvds, which is why i recommend dvdfab for this.

    I put my dvd in and my little devil turns green called dvd43 find it at google search . then - am ready to copy any dvd's then burn them with Ashampoo Burning Studio 6 @4 or 2 x - so you have no error's .
