» » Slow svchost.exe

After booting ,Svchost.exe use 97% CPU during more than 80 sec.
In that time ,I can not use any program ,I must wait until is finish.

I mean ,the boot is finish I have all desktop ready to work but as
I descraibe I must wait.
I already clean my system with (antivirus,antispyware,registry cleaner ...)
and defrag.
