    Depends on what you use it for, some people buy the super low timing rams epically for overclocking, but i think i remember reading an article that Murshin (or some brand that sounds like that) had the best ram for overclocking.

    Corsair - Crucial - Mushkin or any company that may uses Micron chips you can't go wrong!

    I use 1x512 DDRAM Kingston + 2x512 DDRAM Geil and they work fine for me But yeah, Corsair or OCZ.
