i searched the internet but couldn't find a working solution to an, almost same, problem of what i have.
When i try to type text in photoshop cs2, you see the normal actions.. but the text i type in is freaking tiny. When i put the font size on 1200 pt it'll be like 12 pt and ugly (pixel-like). i don't have a f**king clue what it could be and how i can solve this...
I've already tried to delete my fonts and reinstall them, reinstall photoshop or, indeed, restart my computer.
I have no Dr. Eye which some forums say you have to remove and don't have anti-spam appz on my pc which could be the cause of the problem too.
i'm going *like* crazy of this. Normally i solve my own problems by myself, but it seems i failed this time

sounds to me like you have uninstalled some system fonts and that the system is using substitutes for standard. have you done something to/with the desktop recently, like installed themes, changed themes or something to that effect? have you installed/uninstalled fonts before this happened?

ReplyDeletefirst, check if C:\WINDOWS\Fonts is filled with fonts.. if it is, then go reinstall photoshop
if it's not.. you should download some fonts..
