pcsx2 is the best out at the moment, but the speeds aren't great yet (unless you have a 5Ghz processor with dual 8800 Gtx).
ReplyDeleteBest is to get it from here as they include the bios files, good site for emulators (also pcsx2) is this:
ngemu.com
(click the corresponding console you want emulator for on top).
If you like playing PS2 games on your PC on super-slow motion, then get yourself a PS2 Emulator, BUT if you wanna play it at normal speeds like a normal person would, then buy a used PS2, and buy the game or download it and use a swap disc to play it.
