Is there any chance you can be a bit for a specific on what you can't download? Or specifically when the problem occurs.
ReplyDeleteAre sites like rapidshare and megaupload blocked? Are you able to get the the links but when you click 'download' does your download never start or go at a very slow speed?
Every college is different. I'm an IT admin at a college and we block all peer-to-peer file transfers except BitTorrent. Rapidshare still works fine because its an HTTP download
