    i had the same problem, a new multiplayer .exe cracked file did the trick for me

    First why do write you in code?

    Hye this is an error from Call of duty 4,

    its a very common problem

    all you will have to do:

    1.Go to Start then Control Panel
    2.Double click on the Sound Tool
    3.Click on the Recording tab
    4.Right click and select "View Disabled Devices"
    5.Enable the Stereo Mix
