I can't seem to open website on WIn7

nyaatorrents.org

It opens on win xp but on Win7 (I have RTM Build7260)
Other website that doesn't open is anime fansub group thora

www.thoranime.org/


Strange thing is if I browse these sites using TOR (proxy) they open?
I have installed ESET Smart security 4.0.474 (installed newer one after old one kept giving error about firewall port driver).
I have also disabled win 7's firewall.

    You could have possibly been banned temporarily or permanently. It could also not be you specifically but your IP range. Try and use other browsers if you can.

    Here are a couple:

    I'd say try Chrome first if you aren't doing so yet.

    I have dual boot (XP & Win 7).Problem is with same IP I can access it windows XP on same system.
    I've tried it with other browsers on win 7 and also tried disabling ESET's firewall but to no avail..

    What are you going to download btw? I'm just curious Very Happy I've been downloading some C77 stuff off their as C77 was just yesterday. Anyway, I'm lost as to what you can do. What you can do is cross check what you have running in XP with Windows 7 and see whether turning things off like firewall (I know you mentioned it) etc.

    I've used FF, Opera, IE8. nothing. the problem is site opens alongwith others on XP on same system.
    even if I download torrent and then download from it I get tracker offline error!

    This is really strange that it only refuses to open on Win7. My suggestion is to try the "virtual XP Mode" that comes with Win7 Pro or better.
