how to test motherboard ?
just wondering if anyone could help me out here ti to test my motherboard without connecting to the pc , i mean testing with only psu connected to see if the power on or not ????

You could plug the PSU into the motherboard, then find the two pins down at the front-panel-connector-block which deal with the start button - short them to power on (make sure 100% they're the right pins, or else you could damage stuff). It will probably beep a lot with no CPU etc.
ReplyDelete(Or if you have an old case lying around, pull the start switch out and connect that to the mobo, instead of shorting pins to turn it on)
I search for those pins just by shorting them all 2 @ a time
