PLAYING DOWNLOADED MOVIES ON DVD PLAYER

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SOME OF THE MOVIES THAT I DOWNLOAD....AFTER I CONVERT TO DVD FORMAT THEN BURN TO DVD....THE MOVIES WILL ONLY PLAY ON CERTAIN DVD PLAYERS....I HAVE NOTICED THAT MOST OF THE OLDER MODEL DVD PLAYERS COMES UP WITH AN ERROR AND WILL NOT PLAY...IS THERE SOMETHING TO DOWNLOAD SO THAT ALL MOVIES WILL PLAY IN ALL DVD PLAYERS

Video Card ( Upgrade ) Cheap Solution

Well u see now i have ai radeon 9200 se .. it is a good video card but is overwhelmed by some new games i like very much ( test drive unlimited ) .... so i need some advices to some good video card that can run smooth test drive unlimited and some good prices too ....<br />for example some prices for 6600 GT .. and yeah must be on AGP 8x .....

I have the HP Notebook F3946-12069B XE3 Windows XP Home Edition Recovery Cds.<br /><br />It was supposed to restore on specific laptop.<br /><br />I want to force them to restore the files to HP Vectra VL6 Series 8.<br /><br />How?<br /><br />Same with Compaq Armada Windows 98SE CD.<br /><br />Any suggestion.
