» » Buffering Streaming video problem

I look most of the time to streaming video and the most of them has needs a lot of buffering , used media player , VLC , but doesn't get better results . Is it the provider of the streaming content that take part of this story or should i use a better player .
Saw in VLC to give buffer parameters , tried it but make any difference .

    i'm fairly certain, (provided your connection is fine/stable), the problem is on there end.

    the server on there end must be too unstable.
