How to sharpening a video clip
need a program that will allow me to sharpen wmv videos and remove few seconds from the clip. i dont want to convert/render or any of that kinda stuff. just a small program that will let me sharpen the quality and get rid of some scenes.

ReplyDeleteBut you will have to re-encode after making changes like that to a video, no way around that. Just make sure you re-encode to the same format you started with albeit higher bitrates.
