Magnetic Interference between speakers and PS3
i have a new cupboard showcase thing for my lcd arrangement, and it is arranged such that my ps3 is right next my music system speaker. It is written 'magnetically shielded' on my speakers, which i presume means it doesn't affect any electronic devices. But has anyone faced any problems. There is no space between my ps3 and speaker. Maybe about 5cm. I need to know if any problem may occur to my one and only ps3!!!
It shouldn't cause any problems.
ReplyDeleteI have a sub woofer sitting on one side of my PC 'tower' and my guitar amp sitting the other side (not an ideal setup I know) and I've never had a single problem. I wouldn't think a PS3 is more likely to fail from magnetic interference than a PC.
I'm not sure if just because it has 'Magnetically Shielded' written on it, whether that counts as some sort of guarantee if something does happen. Hopefully someone on here is a bit more clued up to this than I am...
Its not a big deal, as long as the PS3 has the 3rd earth wire on the plug, its fine.
ReplyDeleteMagnetic interference is everywhere.
