Question about Sumvision Cyclone Micro 2
With the Sumvision Cyclone Micro 2 is there a maximum size your external hdd can be?
Would I be able to use a 2tb external with it?

If you are going to buy a micro, buy the 2+ not the 2. There is also a newer one, but it just has 8gb flash in it.
ReplyDeleteI've got a 2+ in my bedroom and it handles 2TB no problems Wink
Not sure where you are, but I can recommend this seller on E-bay, I've got a few things from there in the past
Micro 2+

A 5400 rpm green drive will work fine, you are only streaming media, although I would recommend steering clear of Hitachi Deathstars.
ReplyDelete*edit - forgot to say, maplins were doing a good deal on 2tb seagate GoFlex's the other day for £79.99, I just looked but must have sold out as their price has gone up.
Worth keeping an eye on Maplins, Dabs and CCL outlets on E-bay
