    You can use "Beyond Compare" to remove dups, it uses CRC verification method.

    Sorry to say bud but it is definitely the worst method possible, as comparing pictures gotta be based on the content only not on the file's details.
    Let's say, one wallpaper is a bit darker, from user's point of view it doesn't matter but comparing files shows a difference.
    Take a look at free tool Similar Picture Find.
