You need to measure these yourself . there are a number of contributing factors ie

number of users
time of day
etc
ther than cogent is good, because it is default, so most of the traffic routed through them
ReplyDeletei usually use the telia sonera for my uploads and i get the highest speeds.....donno bout download......but each time i download i get full speeds.........
