Burning Movies

Well I burn a lot of dvd movies, but i cant seem to find a good program that lets me burn one, ive downloaded Nero 8 so many times, but every time i try to burn a movie, i get this license is illegal or some ~love~. so ive tried so many different things people have told me to try to bypass that, but nothing works. Does anyone know any other program to burn movies, ive tried Nero 6 but i dont think that version can burn movies, anything anyone knows, please tell me.
