Recently I haven't been able to logoff or shutdown properly, whenever I try to logoff or shut down it just doesn't do anything. To shutdown i have to shutdown from the welcome screen.
Some reasons for this could be that i downloaded tune up utilities 2007 and it cause harm to windows or some viruses i had.
Could anyone give me a solution that doesn't include having to reformat my whole computer.
