Ok well for like a month I've been getting this message when i start up my Pc and i need to press F1 to continue to windows

CPU is unworkable or has been changed. Please recheck - Cpu soft menu

well i've checked and its set up right cause my bro did it and he builds Pc for a living.

but he's lazy and aint helping me.

what can i do to get rid of this problem?

when i play WoW it lags alot

    sounds like a bios problem

    there should also be an option to enter " setup " by hitting "F1" or "del" - that will get u into the bios

    there look for a default setting or auto entry and do it
    save & exit
    reboot should be automatic
