I set a password when archiving an upload and must have mispelt it because when I am checking the upload and type the password in, it keeps telling me wrong password.
Is there a way I can rectify this or will I have to start all over?

well if you don't know the password there are no many things that you can do. maybe do a little search on google for password crackers but i do not think they will work. i suggest start all over
What you could do is type "your password" over and over again in notepad or something quickly without looking and see if you notice a certain key that you accidentally push every now and then and then try that as the password.
