    convertxtodvd and set to fullscreen.

    R5's are the same as any other movie when it comes to converting

    the aspect ratio (4:3, 16:9 or whatever) will be the same as the original

    Try using WinAvi converter 7.7.It gives good results when you set the output to 4:3 its quick as well.
