I need a new video card for my Laptop. Is it possible to change my laptop video card (My laptop is a VAIO-FE630F and my video card is a chipset "Intel 945GM Express Family") to an ATI Radeon 9600 . If someone knows if this VAIO'S Motherboard is compatible or not with the ATI Radeon video cards please let me know.

    Dont think you can change laptop cards as there built into the motherboard.

    So If I had to take the whole motherboard and buy a new one, how much it would cost? (If I buy the better one).

    I ve also heard/seen that you CAN change the video, but you had to send it to the laptop makers and it would cost you a lot of money. Is that true?

    So There is no solution for your wishes ..
    The only solution is buying a new one
