psp consoles can only connect to wireless internet connections ,how to detect:go to settings on your psp and hold the up button till you got to network, there you preset "add new connection" , search new connection and normally you can find alll wireless connections around your house/psp(sorry for my bad English)
u need hot spots to connect to Internet from ur PSP. rest i don't know.
